If you see the following messages when trying to create a new account:

• “The email already exists” –
  we already have your record in our database. First, please click on "Forgot username" and enter your email to create an online account. Then click on "Forgot password" to reset your password via email.


• “An account already existed for that email address” –
  we already have an online profile associated with this email address. You can click on "Forgot username?" to retrieve your username or click on "Forgot password" to reset your password via email.

If you do not receive emails from MPL Tech Support after clicking “Forgot Username” and “Forgot Password” or if you get “We could not find your information in our system. Please search again or contact us for assistance”, contact TechSupport@MPLassociation.org for immediate assistance.
